With an average of just 2 client recruits per day, your potential earnings are between $45,000 – $55,000 annually.

Opportunity Overview

Your main responsibility will be to recruit great dates for our Clients.  You’ll use customer service focused consultation skills to interview and vet potential matches through our proprietary interview process.  You’ll also get to talk to them about potential dates and exciting opportunities to date based on your interview with them.  We have a comprehensive training program that will cover all of this and can transform you into an It’s Just Lunch Client Recruiter! 

Ideal Candidate

To be an It’s Just Lunch Rockstar, you need to be someone who is passionate about helping others find their special someone, and is enthusiastic about sharing that passion with others.  In addition, you should have persuasive communication skills and 1-2 years of Customer Service & Sales experience with an emphasis on handling a high volume of outbound calls per day.  You should be great at generating excitement by communicating IJL match opportunities while setting client expectations. Tech savvy is a must along with a high level or organization skills.
